Shipping & Returns

It had occur to us that some email provider such as Verizon.NET, and or Aol.com have been blocking emails from our server. Which means customer who uses emails such as those may not get any emails regarding updates on their status or inquiry emails. We suggest using emails such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail as we have no problem sending emails to those email provider.

Your order will be shipped after we have received the payment, excluding weekends. Shipping around the world is completely FREE, no extra handling fee on any items. All shipment are provided by Hong Kong Post Air Mail. Hong Kong Post Air Mail services usually take less than 14 business or working days for your product to arrive. Registered Air Mail depending on the product, but it will be free of charge as well. You will receive an email of confirmation at the time of your order and when your order is shipped.

However, we will not guarantee any damages or lost in the shipping process, unless you agree to buy the insurance. If you want so, remember to inform us when you place the order.

Note: Some email provider may have marked our email as spam. Therefore please make sure you check both your inbox and spam box for any emails concerning your order process.

We notice that some customers have entered different shipping addresses between our site and Paypal. We will use the shipping address that you enter during the stage of Paypal as our FINAL shipping address. Therefore please make sure that you enter the correct address during payment via Paypal. Thank you for your attention.

We will only provide FREE SHIPPING once if there was a mistake on the shipping address or you provided us with a unconfirmed shipping address you will be responsible for any delivery fee for any exta shipping attempt after our first free shipping attempt.

If you provided us with a "Unconfirmed" shipping address and your package got lost or unclaim (if by Registered Mail) we will not be held responsible.

Refunds

There will 10% service charge on orders that are cancelled if they are processed.

Incorrect Addresses

If goods are returned or not being delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address during Paypal checkout, the carriage is not refundable.

GST/VAT/Import Duty

We will do all that we can to help you legally minimize your GST/VAT exposure on all our items. However we cannot guarantee that all our shipments will not be charged with GST/VAT/Import Duty. In case some duty is due upon delivery, it is your responsibility to meet that expense.

If you have any questions regarding restrictions on importations, levies and taxes or any other questions, contact the customs office in your country.

Returns

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it by following the guidelines below.
  • We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping and handling.
  • All returns for credit or refund must be request within 10 business days of the shipped date.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 10 business days from the shipped date.
  • Merchandise must be unopened and in its original box or package.
  • If the merchandise is opened but defective, the defective merchandise will be replaced by an identical item.

In all cases, to help us identify from whom the return or exchange has come from, we request that you include an information sheet with the returned merchandise. On this information sheet, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and the reason for the return or exchange. Great Price Zone will not be able to complete the return without this information.
